Register or Request Invitation

Attendance is on invitation only.

To connect to the online registration facility, you will need the code included in your personal invitation. Attendance is strictly limited to 250 persons, so we advise you to register as soon as possible.

Please note that the reservation of the hotel room for your stay is independent of the registration to the conference (see Accommodation).

Getting there

By air

Brussels International Airport is only 20 min away from Square. A direct train brings you to Brussels Central station, just besides the Square building.

By rail

Square is located just besides the Brussels Central Station. International trains, however, arrive into Brussels South Station. From there, take any train heading north, for a 2 min journey. Brussels Central Station is the first stop.

By road

660 parking spaces are available under Square. Entrance via Place de la Justice/Gerechtsplein or Rue des sols/Stuiverstraat.

Accommodation

Preferential rates have been negotiated with some hotels close to the conference premises from 28 to 30 November 2010. In order to benefit from these preferential rates, participants are kindly invited  to book their hotel accommodation before 28 October via www.resotel.be/eneri.
